If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, feel free to return it within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined below. Please note that if your original item came with complimentary items, a full refund will be granted only when all associated items are returned. The retail value of any retained free items, along with applicable shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund. It's important to highlight that Xcel technologies FZC can only refund the original purchase price, as shipping fees are nonrefundable.

If you prefer to return an item in person, you can do so at our Returns Department in Xcel technologies FZC, located in Sharjah, UAE. Our Returns Department is conveniently situated, allowing you to complete your return on-site. Visit us at our Sharjah location, providing you with a hassle-free way to manage your returns.

Replace item(s) and invoice in original packaging. You may either affix the preprinted label provided with your Return Merchandise Authorization (return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund) or you may purchase a shipping label from the carrier of your choice. We recommend you ship using insured ground service with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility Conditions

Kindly review the conditions outlined below. Failure to meet all conditions may result in Xcel technologies FZC refusing the return or applying a minimum 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be in new condition, housed in their original unaltered box (with an intact UPC code), and include all original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items, and accessories. The retail value of any retained free items will be deducted from the reimbursement total. Xcel technologies FZC can only refund the original purchase price, with shipping and handling fees deemed nonrefundable.

1. Nonreturnable Items
  • Opened TVs, combos, and monitors 37″ and larger (original packaging cannot be unsealed)
  • Opened computers and computer software (original packaging cannot be unsealed)
  • Electronic software downloads
  • Opened consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CDs, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)
  • Computers built or modified by Xcel technologies FZC to customer specifications
  • Select special-order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable
  • Underwater equipment that has been submerged
  • Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books
2. Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at Xcel technologies FZC’ discretion for the same model or an equivalent model from the manufacturer. Return shipping fees for verified defective or damaged items will be reimbursed

Refunds & Credits:

Upon receiving and inspecting your item(s), Xcel technologies FZC will credit your account. Allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear. Refunds are typically issued in the same manner as the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the purchase date. Note that only the original purchase price can be refunded, with shipping and handling fees being nonrefundable.

Limited Liability:

Xcel technologies FZC is not liable for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of merchandise bought from Xcel technologies FZC is not the responsibility of the company. Xcel technologies FZC is accountable for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be reported within two business days of merchandise receipt.

Important: Any electronics containing user profile data must be factory reset or password unlocked before being returned to Xcel technologies FZC.

Policies & Pricing International Pricing & Payment Options

The amounts displayed in non-AED currencies are provided as estimates for general information only. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any foreign currency information.

The final amount reflected in your cart is in AED/US dollars. The estimated product price excludes customs, duties, and/or taxes. Your credit card company may apply a conversion fee.

Charges or refunds to your credit card will be processed in AED/US dollars. Due to fluctuating exchange rates, refund amounts may vary from the original purchase price. International purchases do not support PayPal Credit, CC-Avenue, or mail-in rebates.

International orders are billed immediately upon clicking “Place Order.”

For shipments to other Countries other than UAE, the maximum order value (including shipping charges) is 5000 USD per shipment, Beyond which you must opt for get a Quote to enable our Customer service representative to attend to you

Returns and Replacements

If you return a product, you assume the role of the exporter from the destination country. Title and any risk of loss transfer to us upon receiving the merchandise, including any purchased item and its accompanying free items. Shipping carriers can assist in recovering duties and taxes for a fee; contact carriers directly to initiate this service. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, and delivery charges are nonrefundable.

Privacy

While we prioritize securing your data, cross-border shipments are subject to customs inspection. We may need to provide specific order, shipment, and product information to international carriers. Carriers may share this information with customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Rebates

Manufacturer’s rebates may not be applicable for merchandise shipped outside the UAE. Confirm pricing details in your cart for accurate information
